Jenney Cowin, CPA

Jenney is married (husband Kevin) with two children and
one stepchild living with her. Lindsay is 17, Sam is 11,
and Brianna is 9. Jenney worked with Rex Ratcliffe for nine
years before purchasing the firm from him at his retirement.
Most of Jenney's free time is spent working with Kevin and
the kids at Roscoe's Rescue, a non-profit animal rescue group.
Jenney is also on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement
of Eastern Indiana and works behind-the-scenes for Historic
Hagerstown, Inc. and for the Nettle Creek Music Boosters.
Lori Denhart, Enrolled Agent

Lori is married (husband Lee) with two children, Sydney,
12, and Jessie, 11. Lori has seven years of tax preparation
experience and looks forward to learning other aspects of
client service. She is an IHSAA gymnastics, track, and volleyball
official. In what little spare time she has, she also enjoys
boating and working on her home.
Pam Miller

Pam worked with Rex for many years and continues in her
position as receptionist, bookkeeper, and all-around office
overseer with Jenney. Pam enjoys having her daughter currently
living with her along with her first grandchild. Pam is an
avid reader and a lover of classic movies. She also enjoys
spending time outside in the yard gardening or playing with
her two dogs. Pam is very involved in Sunrise, Inc. which
is a local organization offering therapeutic horseback riding
to disabled persons of all ages.
Rex Ratcliffe, CPA

Rex is the former owner of the
firm and will return as needed for additional help during
tax season and for consultation. Rex enjoys golfing and spending
time with his three grandchildren.
